Andrew D. Clark

Andrew D. Clark joined Freeman & Co. in 2011 as a Director, focusing on the specialty finance industry.
Prior to joining Freeman & Co., Mr. Clark was a founding partner of Stone Beach Capital, a financial advisory firm dedicated to the specialty finance industry. As an investor, Mr. Clark worked at Plainfield Asset Management, where he invested and managed over $300 million in specialty finance assets and businesses. He has also worked on a wide array of financial service transactions as an investment banker at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and HSBC Securities.
Mr. Clark holds a B.S. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
